HI DIVYA,
Sorry but u cant go for M.TECH.
but if u want u can do B.TECH/BE IN BOITECNOLOGY
U can get admission directly in 2nd yr
And then u can proceed further for M.TECH

B.Sc Students are not Eligible for Doing M.Tech Course . to do M.Tech you Must be BE/B.Tech or M.Sc. so first do M.Sc then go for M.Tech.

yes you can go for Mtech, there are courses available in India as well as Abrod
