Can we live off-campus at Youngstown State University?

<p>Youngstown State University has partnered with <strong>College Pads</strong> which will help to improve the experience of finding and moving into any off-campus residence. The College Pads will provide the students with an educational tool which will help them to review the leases, compare the campus housing options, rent from landlords, and find roommates.
