Yes, you can make changes in your application form in DU but only till the last day of registration, after that you will not be able to make any changes in the form. The last day to make any changes in your application form for UG courses is 14th June 2019.

Rohan Kumar you can make changes if you have not made the payment yet by logging into the DU admission portal where you have filled the application form and then you will be able to make the changes.

No, you cannot change field application form in DU undergraduate.
