    No, you can't. You will have to pay fees online on Delhi university admission portal for UG courses. For more information regarding admission process visit Delhi university website.

    No. You can't pay from check there, either you have to go with net banking, debit, credit cards.

    No, you can't make payment through cheque. You have to pay online through net-banking, credit card, debit card, wallet, etc.
