    Yes… so pharmacists can’t just open their own clinics. In India, only MBBS doctors get that right. Pharmacists can run a chemist shop and give out meds, but actually treating patients in a clinic? Nope, that’s off-limits.

    Even if you know a ton about medicines, without an MBBS, you can’t prescribe or run a clinic. You can sell meds once your shop license is sorted, but only as per doctors’ prescriptions. And heads up—some chemists suggest stuff for minor issues, but technically that’s illegal and can get them in real trouble.
