    No, you need to do your M.Sc. Also, since its is a 12+4 criteria to oursue M.Tech and apart form this you also need to have that level of string technical base which is not possible to build only through B.Sc.

    No, you will not be able to pursue M.Tech in Environmental engineering after B.Sc. As the minimum criteria to pursue M.Tech is a B.Tech or B.E or an equivalent course. M.Sc. And MCA is equivalent to B.Tech and not a B.Sc. Degree. You will not be able to pursue M.Tech with a B.Sc. Degree. Admissions in most M.Tech courses are via GATE exams. Regards.
