Can we pursue two courses of engineering and medical stream at the same time? Can I get a degree of engineer and doctor simultaneously?

No, you can only opt for single course at a time. You may face problem in your future so please don't involve in these types of things. Hope you got my suggestion.

One of my friends crack JEE/NEET at first attempt. If that is possible then why can't I do engineering and medical courses at the same time?

No, you can't. Why don't you try for biomedical engineering?

If you have opted for PCMB in HSC and you are interested in both engineering and medical then you should opt for biotechnology. No, you cannot pursue two degree courses at the same time.
