Can we study 2 degrees i.e. B.Tech ECE and BBA for studying MBA finance at abroad universities?

Dear, It is not possible to pursue to Degree course study in regular mode simultaneously. B.Tech followed by BBA is possible after completion of B.Tech. But for doing MBA with specialisation in Finance, I think BBA is not required. By cracking management entrance test like CAT/MAT etc. After B.Tech,
