can we study psychology after MBA? and which are the institutes ? are there any short term courses?

Hi, I have done MBA and have work exp, But now i want to study psychology - correspondence or full time (abroad) . Please help me as am very much confused here. My qualification is B.com, MBA(HR) . even short term courses if any information is there then let me know. Thanks
