Yes as you are eligible to join in any specialization after graduation in any course.

Yes. There are number of colleges and institutes that offer's MBA in hospitality, Aviation & Tourisum, you just need to have your graduation done in any discipline and give an entrance exams like CAT/MHT-CET/MAT/SAT...etc
