Yes, a CGPA of 7.5 is considered good for MS programs in Germany since the minimum CGPA required for MS in Germany is the same on a scale of 10. Thus students can expect to meet the standard requirements for most German universities, however, some highly competitive programs may prefer higher CGPA and other acadmeic requirements.
