Hi, 1) Yes, you may study commerce in 12th and then pursue fashion design course as the basic eligibility to join the course is to pass 12th (any stream) with minimum 50%. You need to sit for an entrance exam. 2) Some of the fashion design institutes are : -Istituti Callegari Milano -M.K.S.S
