Can we take some leave, if required? I am selected for TAPMI and I have heard that 100% attendance is mandatory.

100% attendance is mandatory. But leaves are granted only in special cases. Like if you are too sick then you can get leaves only if it is approved by their hospital. For minor ailments you can't take leaves. Otherwise if you are getting married or your real sibling is getting married etc
