yes you can work in india with the certificate in pastry in art.

One of my friend already pursuing this from delhi if you want contact with her then you can. Dadhich_piyush is my insta id. The academy for this course in delhi is less expensive then this but if you are willing for internship in us then you have pay by yourself.
