Can you anyone tell me about job of commercial pilots? What is the eligibility criteria to become a commercial pilot?

In Airlines typical schedule is 12 days on roaster, 8 days standby, 10 days off in a month. The eligibility is +2 with maths and science, CPL for ATR class and ATPL for jets.
