Rural management is just one topic of CSR. CSR have too many areas involved into it. If you want to join CSR wing of any organization then you must pursue your career in CSR domain. Diploma in CSR will definitely help you to enter into the CSR domain.

Hi Rajendra, Placements in a specific area is not in anyone's hand, instead it is totally on your determination and interest as majority of students have been placed in CSR domain.
