    It is a diploma course. All IIMs in India award diplomas instead of degrees. You will not face any problems with regards to this in India as the the PGP/PGDM are the flagship courses of IIMs

    Yes it's masters program. But all IIMs offer PGDM degree while others offer MBA Course.
