Can you enlist the best M.Tech colleges in Delhi/NCR or Bangalore? I've done B.Tech with 69%.
I don't have a GATE score and have not given any entrance exam yet.

It is quite difficult to takw admission in any of the college for M.Tech without appearing for any of thw entrance exam. But still there are some hopes, you can approach some of the Deemed university.
