Hello!

Firstly, I would like to correct you because you have mentioned the wrong figure, the per semester fees for B.Sc fashion designing is Rs 103000/- INR and hostel fees is different, its not included.

Fees structure depends upon different university to university and you are mentioning a specific fee structure but you haven't mentioned which university or college. Hostel fees are often separate, based on the facilities provided like AC or non-AC rooms, mess charges, and additional services.

No, hostel fee doesn't include Tuition fee. Hostel fee will be different from tuition fee.
