Can you explain the further ratings required for getting an airlines job after completing CPL?

Nowadays, some airlines have started asking for type rated Candidates on their fleet and certified by DGCA. And on the other hand some others have collaborated with major TRTO's like CAE to train CPL Candidates.

Multi-Engine Rating is another test which helps the pilot to show his proficiency to fly any aircraft which is powered by more than one engine.
