You can check some basic tips for preparing for the entrance exams for Metallurgical Engg. courses given here:

    • Start preparing at least 8 to 10 months before the final exam date so that you have a good amount of time to cover the maximum exam syllabus topics.
    • List down all the important topics, especially the high-weightage topics, and make a weekly schedule. This practice will help cover the syllabus comfortably and increase your chances of getting excellent marks in the exam and getting shortlisted for admission.
    • Practice last years' question papers and take mock tests to assess your preparation status.
    • Make a revision schedule in place
