    Dear aspirant, The Civil Services Examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission all over the country. It is the toughest competitive examination in India. This examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates to various Civil Services under Government of India.     The Civil Services Examination (CSE) is a nationwide competitive examination in India for recruitment to various Civil Services of the Government of India, including the Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Revenue Service (IRS) conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. This is the toughest examination in India, with more than 900,000 applicants having one of the lowest in the world success rate of 0.1%0.3%. The process takes roughly one year from the notification of the pre examination to declaration of the final results.
