    During a gd always try to start the discussion , once you start the discussion make a valid point along with a strong example and keep quiet, let others get a chance to speak and give their point. Enter the gd every Twp mins with a new point. Respect every individual in the discussion

    Read about the current issues happening in the market for GD. two Rounds of personal interview (PI):
    a) Technical Interview: These interviews test your basic knowledge and look into your
    overall understanding. b) Competency based Interview: Competency or behavioral interviews are based on
    the idea that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. The interviewer will
    want specific examples of when and how you demonstrated particular behaviors.
