Can you guide me in selecting best institute for physiotherapy, microbiology or biochemistry in Dehradun for UG course after class 12th?

I have passed class 12th in 2015 from ISC board with 82% marks (PCMB subjects) and 80% in biology. I'm interested in MBBS but alternatively looking for B.Sc microbiology, biotech or physiotherapy in case I don't get admission in MBBS course. Kindly advice from career point of view.
