Can you guide me in starting to prepare for IAS.I am b.tech(CS),2011 passsout.
I want to know the specific details of the subjects of and when the exams are conducted every year and also what medium(classroom or online) should I choose,keeping in mind time and job constraints as I work as a software engineer?

Meantime, update your current affairs regularly and note down major events and personalities in a separate notebook. Read competition and current affairs magazines along with good jui

If you are working then it is not possible to prepare for IAS as it requires minimum 1 year of 6 hrs/day, 6 days/week preparation. To know complete details log on to www.onestopias.com and www.upsc.com.

no issue ur age matter max could be the 30 as on august of the year of examination and depends on category the chances are, for preparation u could go for online or offline.
