I have done MBA and working in a bank in core Financial Department. But, I want to change my field.

Ideally, you should have your Bachelors in psychology to pursue your Masters in psychology. However, some universities do permit graduates from other streams to apply for Masters in psychology. Depending on your location, check in the local colleges. You may even pursue your Masters in Industrial Ps
