Can you help me as I have not received my degree?
I completed my graduation from the University in 2015 but haven't received my provisional certificate till date. I contacted the University many times but no one is answering.

Normally, a distance education or Open University degree comes after 2 years. But, here you are mentioning that you have not yet received the provisional certificate. So, by calling you will not get any answer. You have to go the university, and ask them, then only you will get it.

Sunny, whatever is possible, you have to do directly in KOU, I mean Karnatka Open University branch in Bangalore with all your details because finding in Delhi, they will say you to check with the KOU and it would be better if you find it directly from Bangalore.
