Hi Prasanth, PFB the link for Universities in Germany. Look for Mechatronics, Electronics and IT related fields. Remember, there might not be a course with Robotics as a general specialization but Mechatronics, Automation and IT are all linked and have extensive curriculum focus on Robotics. http
