Can you help me shortlisting universities for Masters in electronics engineering in Canada? Also, do I need GRE and TOEFL?
Graduation-8.1 (72.8) ECE XII- 86.11, X-88.8%, 3 projects, 1 internship, LSS Green belt from Binghamton University. Selected for CANSAT Design held by Mars summit, Automotive PLC by Bosch and working in Robert Bosch.

Hi Krish,
It is difficult to find a MS Electronics Engineering in Canada, you will find closely related and subset programs. You can apply to top tier universities without a doubt. University of Alberta, University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, McGill University etc. Would be suggested. GRE is not mandatory but I think University of Toronto and Alberta requires but also depends on the programme. You can also check Ryerson University, their programs are quite innovative.
