Hi Edwin,
As such there are rarely any institutes that can offer you courses in the field of Oil/ Gas yet you may look in for the courses like
Techniques of Hydrocarbon Exploration offered by the IIT Kharagpur. Other than this there are courses available in Petroleum geophysics offered by Andhra U
