Can you let me know about recognition of IIBMS distance learning courses ? Are their distance degree courses valid in Job market ?

I would like to enquire about distance learning courses provided by IIBMS institute. Please let me if their distance degree courses are valid in job market or not. This is an autonomous body and have national and international accreditation. I want to opt for distance learning course in MBA .
