Can you list me the universities in Canada and US which gives me masters in Networking?I have completd B.Sc.It from mumbai uni. 62% agg.

I want to go to US or Canada for masters,i will be doing 1 year of M.Sc.It from mumbai uni. As 16 yrs of education is required for masters in US and Canada. will that be valid? or will PGdip of 12 months from mumbai uni. will be valid? Plz let me knw which is f9.PGDip if valid let me know the clgs.
