Can you list the best colleges that I can get on the basis of class 12th for B.Tech?

Hello Akshat,
Firstly if you are really concerned about good colleges then you have to opt for universities only, and again the universities in the south side of the india are better when compared to studies(excluding IIT's and pursue's) so then again comming to the south ,there are only about 5 to
