FMS-Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, etc. provide best ROI. Many central universities offer good placements with very low fee. If you are an engineer, you could try to get into IITs. -

FMS New Delhi and SIMSREE (Sydenham) are the most reputed colleges for pursuing an MBA having an affordable fee structure as well as a great ROI. Even the IITs and JBIMS are great options.
