Can you name some universities which offer a full scholarship for Masters in EE abroad? Please describe the procedure also.

Hi, for international students obtaining a full scholarship is extremely difficult to get especially for Masters. Top universities such as MIT offers need-based scholarship however they are extremely competitive. Check for education loans from Indian banks.
