No there is no institute and i also tell you one thing that B tech from distance is not valid degree , today also some university provide this program u they are all fake and no value in nay type of job or higher education so i not suggest

I would like to inform you that the All India Council for Technical Education do not approve any B.Tech program offered by any university through correspondence/Distance mode.
