Can you please help me how to prepare for Stage I and stage II of selection process? When will the final results be out??

You will first have a psychometric test and then the GDPI. For GDPI, keep yourself abreast to all the current happenings and read a lot. Prepare your CV thoroughly.

The stage 1 is the entrance exam scores and second is the shortlist based on the scores.
