They will guide you in each and every aspect of your life. If I talk about placements, then placements are quite normal from here. But again,if you are very talented, you can get placed in a very good company. Salary package ranges in between Rs 3 to 6 lakhs.

Not nice, it is good only for science stream. Pune is a good place and Bangalore to for MBA.
