There is a wide range of opportunities in programming languages. But, there are so many languages like C, PHP, Java, C+, Python, etc. Choose your language which you have interest and learn and research. Practice more and more. Once you have skills in any language, you can join any organisation as a programmer. Coding is involved in all the three branches. In fact, programming is compulsory and your course will start with a compulsory programming language like C+/Java, etc. There will only be one or two electives which will differ.
