By 'freshers' do you mean without any work experience? And which course are you referring to? If you mean MBA, then all universities in UK give admission to students with no work experience. Top universities in US and Canada are strict about their admissions, so getting admission for MBA there with

What you mean by top universities what course you are looking for. many universities accept fresher's for masters. if you want MBA then only few universities accept fresher's. First decide the country based on your budget then you can look for univrrsiries
