Hi Varun,
As per the official website, the second round of counseling for B.Tech was scheduled on 17.07.2012, Tuesday and 23.07.2012, Monday (tentative dates).
But, I would suggest you to contact the university officials directly as they will be able to provide you specific and updated details.
