Can you predict the NIT that I can get as I have 23105 OBC rank?

Hi,
There are some NITs that you can get as your OBC rank is 28000 (nearly). You may refer the link below that gives you the previous year closing and opening ranks for each NIT. So you may check whether you are getting it or not. But there are some NITs like Srinagar, Agartala, Hamirpur, etc. wher
