Can you provide a list of reputed business schools for the PGDM that I can get without writing CAT and MAT exam?

Danish, you can try for some private universities. Not all of them take admission through CAT/MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/GMAT etc only. There are many like Lovely, Chitkara, Sharda, etc that offer admission either on marks of graduation or their own tests.
All these are world class universities with good placements. Some even offer scholarships.
Check with the universities for more information.
