Can you provide a list of tuition fee free universities teaching Bachelors in computer science engineering in English?

I don't know about any universities or colleges offering such, but the tuition fees is waived off totally in case of Tuition fee waiver scheme in various colleges, which is a kind of scholarship. Only criteria is economically weaker section and a good score in entrance. -

To think of an engineering college or university which teaches Bachelors in Computer Science without charging any tuition fees is perhaps Utopia. I could not find a single college which is giving free education without charging of any fees. Even government colleges which are highly subsidized by the concerned governments also charge substantial amount of fees. I feel instead of looking for colleges without fees you should think of completing your education by taking an educational loan from any of the banks and then paying it off after you get employment.
