B.Sc. Mass Communication or Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications is an undergraduate mass communications course. Mass Communication is the term used to describe the academic study of the various means by which individuals and entities relay information through mass media to large segments of the population at the same time. It is usually understood to relate to newspaper and magazine publishing, radio, television and film, as these are used both for disseminating news and for advertising. Mass communication research includes media institutions and processes such as diffusion of information, and media effects such as persuasion or manipulation of public opinion. Students who have successfully passed class XII (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Final year +2 students, who expect their final results by May, can also apply for B.Sc. Mass Communication.

Eligibility for B.Sc. in Electronic Media- One needs to be 10 + 2 passed in order to be eligible for this course of B.Sc. in electronic media. The 10 +2 passing certificate should be of a well-recognised educational board of India. Admission Process- Admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit in the entrance test. One who satisfies the eligibility criteria fixed by the University will be admitted.
