    Hello,
Hotel Management is not about only about cooking. Hotel Management course is divided 4 major parts Food and Beverage Service, Food and Beverage Production, Housekeeping and Front Office. I would suggest you to take up 4-years BHM course in which you will be studying about all 4 core departments and once you graduate, you will be an efficient professional to be a chef. After BHM, you can still go on to do your Diploma in culinary arts. It will add up value to your experience. Food and beverage production is what you have chosen. Go from the scratch and you will understand everything in detail.
