Full form of B. Des is Bachelor of Design which has many disciplines for example Animation and Film Design, Graphic Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design, Furniture and Interior Design, Textile Design and other. Your question if too broad and its not possible to answer it unless you specify which discipline you are talking about or interested into. In context with NID you can find about B.Des discipline at this link http://www.nid.edu/education/bachelor-design.html. Please do parallel search on discipline and courses for other Design Institutes in India as well. You will get a fair idea how to put your question properly again.
