    General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Diploma is a centralised course regarding nursing and midwifery.

    The programme entails a whole-time course lasting 3 years, including the domain of theoretical learning and practice, followed by an internship period of 6 months.

     Thus, the individual being prepared will be a general nurse-midwife either in the hospital, clinic, or community health scenario.Most common requirement is to have completed 10+2 in the Science stream preferably in Biology,
    Age should be at least 17 years at the time of application.
