Hello Mohammed Sirajuddin, The institutes with the name "Indian Institute of Management and Engineering" are located in many cities of India. Whether they are linked centrally or different entities are difficult to guess but at one place it appears that they are registered under societies act with the Delhi government. They appear to be a coordinator for giving some tuition classes to the students and then allowing them to take a degree from some of the Open Universities or distance learning universities in India. At this stage, I would like to advise you that do not fall for this. UGC has banned all the degrees in the professional sphere to be given via distance learning method. It will be a total waste of effort and money on your part.
