Dear Divya Jaiswal,
Hindu minority is like Muslim minority, if any state got less Hindu community there, the community will be called as a minority. Some governments will provide minority as status to get benefit from the government.

It is applicable only for students who have done previous education from Maharashtra state board and one of their parents should have domicile certificate of North India side.
